Traje de Supergirl Kara de DC Comics

After cosplaying classic Supergirl for several years, I decided to cosplay the CW version of Supergirl and selected this costume. It might be pricey but it is worth every penny. Just the cape alone it worth the price. It is made of a very thick and sturdy material ... the kind you'd expect a superhero to use. It snaps onto the suit with several snaps ... I double-checked to make sure the snaps were sewn on tightly. The skirt is made of similar material. It does run big and I will need to alter it because, as it is, it shifts and circles around my waist. I had it on for perhaps a half hour to costest it and I was constantly adjusting the skirt... so get this costume customized to avoid having to alter it yourself! The body suit is high quality and fits perfectly. The boot covers are also large -- they fit my husband -- so I will be altering those as well. All in all, an awesome cosplay that I'll have photographed once I make the alterations.

I feel so powerful in this suit! I got everything custom sized and it all fit like a glove! The bodysuit in thick and durable, but not really stretch so i always recommend the custom fit! The cape snaps to the inside front of the suit and sits perfectly on your shoulders! I fit the boot covers right ontop of my sneakers and i really liked the look, and i usually hate boot covers! I am so happy with this costume and its why i always come to herostime!
