This was my first order that had an error, they forgot to put in the shoes that I paid for. Luckily they made another one for me and came pretty quick. Suit came out great, just hope in the future they won't screw up my order again.

I have a weakness for TASM pattern suits, Herostime really outdone themselves with this! Will definitely get more custom prints done!

Herostime is very professional and amazing! They have the best service of all the ones I've tried, especially with this custom printing option where you supply your own file. Extremely high quality work, very fast turnaround, tons of options and super reasonable pricing. The zipper is done in a way that it's virtually invisible and seamless looking and the fit of the gloves (and everything else) has always been good, unlike many other vendors that can be very unpredictable. The colors always come out as expected. They even listened to my request to have the eyes aligned a certain way. Just make sure you provide accurate measurements and a good file.

I give them the highest recommendation and they deserve all 5 stars. I hope are they around forever and I will definitely be ordering a lot more from them as I have so many ideas that they make possible!
